Norfolk International Airport is the major airport serving coastal Virginia and northeast North Carolina. American, Delta, Southwest and United offer convenient daily access to hundreds of cities worldwide. A variety of retail, dining and service amenities are provided to meet travelers' needs.
Airport terminals are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Travelers are encouraged to contact their airline for ticket counter hours and required check-in times. Be sure to also allow extra time to complete the security screening process. In general, the recommended arrival time at the airport is 2 hours prior to departure time for domestic flights; 3 hours for international flights.
At Norfolk International Airport, we're working to create an even more efficient and relaxing travel environment. With a brighter lobby and concourses, improved amenities and a modern general aviation terminal, you're never far away from a great flight!
