LOW AIR FARES

TakeORF.com provides access to special low airfares for active duty military and their families with military ID.  These are fares that are unavailable on major booking sites. They are capacity controlled fares, which means that they are subject to availability and may sell out.  In a recent survey of our top 25 markets out of Norfolk on TakeORF.com’s booking tool, we found military discount savings as high as 75% off of the normal lowest fare. When all 25 markets were taken into account, the average savings was 41% representing nearly $140 per ticket. In our survey, we searched itineraries 3 days out, 2 weeks out and 3 weeks out.  The largest discounts were found when we booked closer to the dates of travel. This means that, on average, you will find a bigger discount on last minute travel.  We are pleased to be able to offer access to these savings to members of our active duty armed forces.
