Parking Perks Loyalty Program
Parking Perks loyalty program members earn one point for every one dollar spent on parking at Norfolk Airport — points that can be redeemed to save even more on parking. For example, for every 100 points earned, a $5 promo code will be available to use on parking stays. Parking Perks rewards can be used in addition to reserved pre-paid parking discounted rates. Parking Lot Assistance
Parking facilities at Norfolk International Airport are designed to be safe and convenient. All parking facilities are within a short walk of the Arrivals and Departures terminals.
Hourly and Daily parking available in Garage A, Daily parking available in Garages B, C, D and Daily East surface lot. Travelers can reserve and pre-pay parking in all parking facilities. Booking links are available on the homepage and parking page at NorfolkAirport.com.
For assistance in any entrance or exit lane, press the intercom button to speak with a parking attendant. Service response phones are available in all parking garages. Security guards are on duty 24 hours daily. Battery jump assistance and security escort service between the terminals and parking facilities is also available.
Maximum height allowance: Garage A – 8′ 1″, Garages B and C – 6′ 7″, Garage D – 8’2” for Ground Level Only and 8’1” for all other levels. Standard public parking spaces are 18′ long. Vehicles cannot exceed the length of one parking space. Oversized vehicle parking is available in the Daily East surface lot.
Maximum stay in Hourly parking facilities is 30 days; 60 days in Daily parking facilities. To request an extended stay call (757) 857-3348.
Complimentary electric vehicle charging stations located in Garage A Level 1 (hourly parking), Garage C Level 2 (daily parking) and Garage D Ground Level (daily parking) and Level 3 (daily parking).
Ramps to accommodate wheelchair travel are located at both Hourly parking lots flanking the airport terminal as well as the Daily parking lot and garages. Convenient accessible parking spaces are available in all parking facilities.
Forms of Payment
Staffed self-service and credit card only lanes are open 24 hours daily to serve Garages A, B, C, D and Hourly surface lots. Self-pay kiosks are open 24 hours daily to serve the Daily East surface lot. All major credit cards and VISA and Master Card debit cards that can be processed as credit cards are accepted. Debit cards cannot be used if a PIN number is required.

The Parking Administration office is located on the second floor of the Arrivals Terminal above Baggage Claim 5 and is open 24 hours/day.
